Shipping Info

Local Shipping (Hong Kong)

We offer local shipping via SF express.
Your order will be sent within 3-5 working days upon receipt of payment.
You will be able to check your shipping rate at checkout.
We do not ship to PO boxes.

*Free shipping for any order net over HK$800.
*The shipping fee only covers the first time delivery. If the delivery was returned to us for a second time delivery, you will be responsible for the actual shipping fee.

SF Express

- We accept delivery to industrial, commercial, residential addresses, SF Express Service Points and EF Lockers.

 

International Shipping

We are glad to ship worldwide and please contact us for shipping rate. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and flight adjustments of some airlines, deliveries may subject to delay. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes and any issues that may arise in your country.

*Delay maybe experienced over public holidays.
*If your parcel has not arrived within the related time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can track it for you.


Wrong address / Corrections

We are not able to make address changes or corrections to orders once placed. If the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your order. In the case that your address is incorrect or incomplete and your order is returned to us, the courier may apply a charge for this which we will add to your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address and you wish it to be re-sent you must pay the delivery cost.
 

Lost Orders

Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 30 working days for Hong Kong orders and 60 working days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to provide a refund until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

All prices on the website can be converted and displayed in different currency (as set), but we only accept, and credit cards are still charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) as payment currency.
