7. Points expire 365 days after the date they were earned.
8. Rewards expire 90 days after the date they were redeemed.

12. Points are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other accounts.
13. Points and rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash.

15. OSCO VIP membership is valid for 12 months from the date of renewal.
