Returns and Exchange


Damage Products

We do our best to ensure your order is properly protected during the shipping process. If it arrives damaged, email us at info@osconatural.com within 48 hours upon receipt. Please include photos of the damaged product, packaging and shipping label and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Wrong Products

In the unlikely event of us sending a different product to the one you ordered, email us at info@osconatural.com within 48 hours upon receipt. Please include photos of the product, packaging and shipping label and we will be happy to replace it with the correct item. A gentle reminder that all your items must be un-opened and in their original packaging.

Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on opened products.

Other Issues

We regret to inform you that returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:  
- The purchase period for the product has exceeded seven days.  
- The product has been opened or used.  
- The customer experiences a sensitivity reaction to the purchased product. If you experience sensitivity, please discontinue use and rinse the affected area with water. If necessary, consult a doctor for professional advice. We will not be responsible for any related costs or liabilities. We recommend conducting a patch test on the back of the ear or the inner side of the forearm before using our products. If needed, consult a doctor for professional advice.  
- The product is not in its original packaging, has been damaged, or is incomplete.  
- Any discounted or promotional items.  
- Any free gifts or samples.  
- Products not purchased through our store's website.  

OSCO reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all exchange processes.

We do not accept any returned item(s) without specific reasons and prior authorization by OSCO. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted if your return is accepted. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. Shipping charges and credit card charges are not refunded. Please note that although we offer free shipping the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
