Once registered, browse and purchase your favorite items. Upon any purchase, you can join our VIP membership and enjoy exclusive privileges and benefits! Your spending will automatically earn you points.

Step 3: Enter Your Birthday
After placing your order, click the "Rewards" icon at the bottom left corner of the webpage to log in. Go to "Earn Points" and enter your date of birth to unlock your birthday rewards.

  • Earn 1 point for every HK$1 net purchase (the net amount after deduction of shipping cost, discounts, privileged coupons or cash coupons).
  • Collect points to get cash rewards and special offers on your next purchase.

Birthday Double Treats

  • Earn 500 Happy Birthday Reward Points on your birthday without making a purchase. Birthday points will be rewarded once per year, exactly on your birthday date.
  • Enjoy one-off 10% off on regular-priced items in your birthday month when you have made purchases within the past year.

Important Reminders:

  • If you haven't registered at the time of ordering, please create an account and enter your birthday within 14 days after placing your order. Your order will still be eligible for points.
  • After registration, you can click the "Rewards" icon anytime to check your point balance and available rewards.

📜 Membership Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Earning Points: Earn 1 point for every HK$1 net purchase (the net amount after deduction of shipping costs, discounts, privileged coupons or cash coupons). Points will be credited to your VIP account within 72 hours after order confirmation.

2. Birthday Rewards:

  • Members will receive 500 Happy Birthday Reward Points on their birthday without any purchase required. Birthday points are rewarded once per year, exactly on your birthday date.
  • Members who have made a purchase within the past year are eligible for a one-time 10% discount on regular-priced items during their birthday month.
  • To redeem your birthday discount, please contact us before checkout to obtain a redemption code.

3. Points Validity: To ensure your points remain active, please note that points will expire after 12 consecutive months of no purchase activity.

4. Reward Redemption Rules:

  • Rewards expire 30 days after the date they were redeemed.
  • Only one reward can be used in every single transaction.
  • Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts, or cash coupons.

5. Account Rules: One account is allowed per customer. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other accounts. Accumulated points can be used to redeem cash discounts and special offers for future purchases.

6. Final Terms: Points and rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash. OSCO Natural and Organics Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and the right of final decisions in case of any disputes.
